PG files are often available in multiple versions, and sometimes in multiple formats.
Format is indicated by the file name extension, for example salme10.txt is plain text while salme10h.htm is in HTML. For each format, there's also a "ZIP" file -- a compressed archive version in ZIP format. For example, salme10.zip is the ZIP'd archive copy of the plain text file. Formats other than plain text are also indicated by a letter following the version number. E.g. salme10h.zip is the ZIP'd copy of the HTML file.
Versions are indicated by the two-digit number preceding the file extension. For example salme10.txt is version 10 while salme11.txt is version 11. Generally, you'll want to select the most recent version (highest number).
